“Figure It Out” Reviews
I loved watching this first episode in what will hopefully be many more to come! This was the perfect balance of characters and laughs. I felt for “Tick Tock” and her struggle and laughed out loud at the crazy antics of “Whack Job,” “Jodi” and “Wishy.” And that original rap song at the end was the best!!! It left me wanting to know more about the lives of these 4 and wanting to go on their adventures with them! Can’t wait for more!

Who would have thought leaving the military would be so hilarious, it’s great to finally see real comedy again. The cast and crew knocked it out of the park.

Condition One Media’s Mission
Our mission is quite simple. We want to sell our pilot episode in order to make more episodes. The producers aren’t pocketing any of the financial proceeds. All the funds go back into producing more exciting and hilarious stories that focus on all the various transitions we all face while navigating through life.
That’s it! That’s our mission.
The Story Behind Condition One Media
Condition One Media started years ago without even realizing it. In 2016, Tim Kirkpatrick, Bryant Tamayo, and Daniel Mills all worked at the veterans’ readjustment center in Chatsworth, CA, assisting veterans with the struggles of reintegrating back into the civilian population.
That’s where the concept of Condition One Media was created. Daniel said that he wanted to be an actor because he knew Tim was in grad school studying film. Bryant jumped in and said, “I’ll produce it” not knowing what he just volunteered for.
It just sounded cool. “Figure It Out” was born.
On and off they brainstormed the characters and their distinct voices while centering the story around 4 roommates all going through different transitions in life. The show wouldn’t see a script for a few more years.
When the Covid lockdown occurred, Tim wanted to do something… to create something… anything during the quarantine.
He fired up his Final Draft screenwriting software and got to work writing the pilot. After 18-months of writing, rewriting, hosting auditions, scouting locations, and handpicking the crew, the 3 friends filmed the pilot in just 4 1/2 days without storyboarding a single shot.
